I'm Carrie!

Yoga teacher. Corporate leader. Someone who spent a decade optimizing for performance—until burnout forced me to rebuild everything from scratch.

In 2023, seven years into a tech leadership role, my body started keeping score. I wasn't sleeping. My digestion was a mess. Sunday scaries were constant. I showed up to work reactive, exhausted, running on fumes I didn't have.

But the harder truth was this: I had built my entire identity around my performance. I didn't know what brought me joy. I didn't know who I was outside of a performance review.

So I did the work—slowly, messily, with a lot of trial and error. Yoga philosophy. Ayurvedic principles. Mindfulness practices. Routine restructuring. I found my way back to myself.

Today, I sleep deeply. I know how to fuel and care for my body. I show up fully to my work, relationships, and life—and I find joy from within, not from external validation.

That transformation didn't happen because I hustled harder. It happened because I learned to work with my energy instead of burning through it.
